When you arrange catering with Eurest Dining, our friendly and courteous staff assures the success of your function. The following information will be helpful in planning your event for any occasion. Our regular catering hours are from 6:30AM to 3:00PM.

-A standard breakfast delivery ends at 9:30AM.

-A standard lunch delivery ends at 12:00PM.

-Afternoon, evening, and weekend functions are available with additional labor & administrative fee

Catering Service Includes:

Complete paper service, utensils, and necessary condiments are included in the prices. Hot Breakfast & Luncheon Buffets include attractive set-up and same-day clean up (unless pick up is after 3pm)

Additional Services VIP services and party planning assistance is available. Contact your Chef Manager for pricing on the wait staff, floral arrangements, centerpieces, balloons, prop rentals, linen and other special event items.

Guidelines

Changes to the menu placed on the day of the event are subject to availability. All cancellations must be received in writing at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of your event. Charges for custom orders, perishable items and prepared food canceled at or within 24 hours prior to the event will be posted to the payment option selected when the order was placed.

If your event is not over by 3 pm, leftover food items will be picked up the following morning at our convenience. We cannot guarantee a pick-up time. After hours pick-up service is available for an additional fee.

-Payments can be made via American Express, Visa, Discover, and Master Card.

-In order to provide you with the best possible service, we request a minimum two-day notice for all catering functions. However, some special requests may require up to five-day notice. Catering orders with less than a 24 hours’ notice will be based on product and staff availability. These orders must be placed by contacting Kenya directly.

Online service will not be available within less than 24 hours of your event.

-If a venue change is required, a $25.00 fee will be applied to transfer your food items to your new location within the same building.

-Prices are subject to change without notice

Be aware that we handle and prepare egg, milk, wheat, shellfish, fish, soy, peanut, and tree nut products and other potential allergens in the food production areas of our facility.
